My car was leaking oil on my driveway after spending £1200 on a service for my car. Spoke to the dealership about this and was told this was just oil that was spilt when changing the filter but now I'm left with a mess on the driveway.

I understand the perceived need for a call centre, but it is better to hold and a branch representative takes a message and the feelers calls back. The BMW ownership experience is about relationship with your dealer not a call centre. It's personal.

Whilst an issue with coding the new parts, car kept overnight, I was provided with a curtisy car without asking.

This was a recall visit for front airbag, however, no work was required. The system to upload photos of the VIN and steering wheel did not work, which could have saved me making the visit. Further, the visit was longer than expected at 2 hrs 45 min

Customer service is great - five minute wait on arrival to drop off. Service desk attention very good. Engineers set tyre pressures to standard settings even though iDrive showed I run on Eco settings.

Not impressed. I phoned up twice to ask about progress on my car and I was asked to be called back because nobody answered the phone. On both occasions I didn't receive a call and ended up asking my parents to drive up to Sytner because I needed it.

Was told on booking that some one would be available to drop me to my office, on arrival I was then told that no one was available. A driver was subsequently found. No one called to Say my car was ready.

BMW sent the wrong part and I had to either leave my car overnight or return next day. Excellent response from Sytner who provided me with a courtesy car so I could return the next day to collect my car and trickle charged my battery overnight.

EGR cooker replaced as part of recall. I am now back in the garage as car shows warning light re low coolant level. Clearly concerning given the fact that the new EGR unit was installed to prevent this issue.

After a service I had an advisory on nsr tyre which I was told they were run flat tyres. But when I was in the M6 and had a puncture I thought I could continue driving but felt unsafe and had to stop. The tyre was flat so felt annoyed.

Repairs that needed doing where not. Even sent away saying car was fixed (no test drive by technician) car went wrong within 100 metres. Charged £280 no repaires done and no one listened to what I said was the problem parts.
